Welcome to Rustic Jibhi & Shoja. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and facilities, including but not limited to hostel accommodations, cafe services, and related activities in Jibhi and Shoja, Himachal Pradesh.
By accessing our website, making a booking, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Rustic comforts LLP.

2.1 Hostel Accommodation

2.2 Cafe Services
- Breakfast, lunch, and dinner services
- Local Himachali cuisine and international dishes
- Beverages including coffee, tea, and fresh juices
- Special dietary accommodations (upon request)

- Takeaway and room service options

- Travel planning and local recommendations
- Activity bookings and tour arrangements

3. Booking and Reservations
3.1 Reservation Process
- Bookings can be made through our website, phone, or email
- Valid government-issued ID is required for check-in
- Advance payment may be required to confirm reservations
- Booking confirmations will be sent via email
- Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance
3.2 Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in
- 50% refund for cancellations between 24-12 hours before check-in
- No refund for cancellations within 12 hours of check-in
- Force majeure events may result in full refunds
- No-shows will be charged the full booking amount
3.3 Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM onwards
- Check-out time: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late check-out subject to availability
- Luggage storage available for early arrivals and late departures
- Valid ID and payment method required at check-in
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods
- Cash payments (Indian Rupees only)
- UPI and digital wallet payments
- Credit and debit cards
- Online bank transfers
- International payment methods (subject to availability)
4.2 Pricing and Taxes
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR)
- Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
- Seasonal pricing may apply during peak tourist seasons
- Additional charges may apply for extra services
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
4.3 Security Deposits
- Security deposits may be required for certain bookings
- Deposits will be refunded after check-out inspection
- Damages or missing items will be deducted from deposits
- Refund processing may take 3-5 business days
5. Guest Conduct and House Rules
5.1 General Conduct
- Respect other guests and staff members
- Maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
- Keep common areas clean and tidy
- Follow safety instructions and emergency procedures
- No smoking in indoor areas (designated smoking areas available)
- No illegal activities or substances on premises
5.2 Room and Facility Usage
- Maximum occupancy limits must be respected
- No unauthorized modifications to rooms or facilities
- Report any damages or maintenance issues immediately
- Conserve water and electricity
- Follow waste disposal guidelines
5.3 Photography and Social Media
- Respect privacy of other guests
- Obtain consent before photographing other guests

- Share positive experiences and recommendations
- Professional photography requires prior permission
6. Liability and Disclaimers
6.1 Limitation of Liability
Rustic comforts LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of personal belongings or valuables
- Travel delays or cancellations
- Weather-related disruptions
- Personal injury (except due to our negligence)
- Emotional distress or inconvenience
6.2 Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, strikes, or other unforeseeable events.
6.3 Guest Responsibility
- Guests are responsible for their own safety and well-being
- Follow local laws and regulations
- Obtain appropriate travel insurance
- Respect local customs and traditions
- Report any concerns or issues immediately
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Rustic comforts LLP and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
By sharing content with us (photos, reviews, etc.), you grant us a non-exclusive license to use such content for promotional purposes.
